Focus One Consulting Group provides a total Risk Management solution to conference planners. Our experience has allowed us to provide security direction to events ranging from 200 to 20,000 attendees in a public venue.

Our services extend beyond providing physical security; we assist event coordinators with overall security and safety management. Conferences, trade shows or conventions generally have five phases:

1. Planning
2. Set-up
3. The actual event
4. Break down
5. After event review

Each of these phases rely upon one overall plan which defines the risks, goals, management’s position on how to respond to various challenges and crises, and measures to mitigate those risks. All five phases are referred to as a Special Event Risk Management Program, Focus One Consulting Group works with you to develop this. We consider the preparation and deterrent security measures (preventative) and the crisis response plan (reactive). We provide a total solution that enables an event to be prepared for all security and safety challenges; whether it is a medical emergency or controlling venue access.
