Security Management policy plans are essential to ensure management and staff are aware and knows how to respond in the event of an emergency. Conducting security analysis audits  to ensure the province’s Occupational Health and Safety Act Bill C-45, (Criminal Liability of Corporations and their directors, officers and/or  employees) pertinence of amending the Criminal Code to hold employers criminally liable for negligent actions – or inactions – that result in injuries and/or death to their employees in the workplace.

Training is a vital component in any security program and Focus One Consulting Group offers a variety of training courses to supplement physical security installations, we also have an electronic countermeasures capability that can operate nationally and internationally which includes a full spectrum analysis and countermeasures clearance.

For a new security assessment client, we can review the requirements that they need and plan the development of a comprehensive security program from the design stage to implementation and operational requirements. This service, from consultancy to operations, including regular audits and reviews provide the client with the opportunity to take advantage of a seamless service whether locally or worldwide.

Existing security processes will also be subject to a rigorous review leading to recommendations. Where necessary, for upgrading or replacing existing systems including:
